Our fun-packed enrichment classes offer students the opportunity for hands-on learning and real-world application. These classes take place on Thursdays at our Far West Campus, giving students a unique opportunity to experience horticulture and nature studies alongside their other classes.

Morning Assembly and Devotion -We kick off our day with prayer, pledges, learning scripture, and worship! We also use this time to impart values and teach important social skills, such as loving one another and how to solve conflicts.

Art- Students will learn about different artists as they create amazing masterpieces in this in-depth art class. Covers a multitude of mediums and genres, while focusing on skills such as brush strokes and drawing. Includes painting, drawing, oil pastels, watercolor as well as many other unique art styles.

STEM & Healthy Living

Students will learn and grow in faith and knowledge in our fun outdoor classroom*. In this unique approach to STEM, students will also gain insight into Healthy Living through gardening, cooking, and nature exploration while learning about God's creation through fun science experiments and hands-on engineering projects.

*Class will take place indoors if weather is not permissible

Reader's Theater

Students will build speech & comprehension skills through the Art of Drama. They will also improve their writing ability and creativity through scriptwriting. Additionally, students will play games to help them learn new vocabulary and develop essential writing skills. They will also grow in their understanding of scripture through performing biblically based plays.

Music

Students will learn a variety of stage skills and prepare a one-of-a-kind production for the end of each semester. Students will exercise their vocal cords as they sing a variety of selections and learn important singing skills while gaining a basic understanding of music theory. They will also be introduced to different musical instruments and learn bells, recorder, or percussion.

Spanish -Students will have a blast learning another language. This class uses an "immersive approach" to introduce students to Spanish.

Curriculum

Children will have a blast learning through creative and interactive hands-on projects, games and activities. At The Well there is a huge emphasis on teamwork, cooperation and group participation. Though the day is structured, and a curriculum is followed, your child's days at The Well will be far from boring! Fun while learning is our goal, and so is helping each child develop a life-long love of learning! We take a personal interest in each child's needs and will work with you to help them reach their greatest potential!
